Todd Macy

Vice President, Design & Development

As the Vice President of Design and Development, Todd oversees all of the organization’s design and development functions, including concept development, human factors, device engineering, etc., for both consumables and electromechanical devices. Todd also continues to lead Gilero’s Integrated Systems team, which is dedicated to developing electromechanical devices and systems serving the medical market. Much of Todd’s career has been spent with embedded solutions involving custom printed circuit boards, GUI/human interface, complex electrically actuated mechanisms, high precision sensing, and enterprise software products for machine communication and IoT applications. Joining Gilero in 2015, Todd brought with him this technical expertise as well as a deep knowledge of manufacturing transfers for medical equipment from R&D into mass production. Todd holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Ohio University with a minor in Business. With two sons, a daughter, and wife, you can find Todd spending his free time with family and working on their home.
