As Vice President of Business Development at Gilero, Clayton leads the nationwide technical business development team and the marketing department. Known for his adaptability and strong work ethic, Clayton plays a vital role in the leadership team, ensuring customers are informed about Gilero’s expanding capabilities in design, development, and contract manufacturing. With expertise in component design, molding, and manufacturing, he provides comprehensive assessments of each customer’s unique challenges and project goals. Clayton is passionate about building meaningful relationships and takes pride in aligning talented engineering teams with customer needs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Nebraska.
