Brandon Maldonado

Operations Manager, Tijuana

Brandon is the Operations Manager at our Tijuana manufacturing plant. He has been in the medical device industry for over eight years and worked as a Product Engineer at Carefusion where he led different kind of projects, mostly focused on cost reduction, material changes, and manufacturing lines transfer. After relocating to Tijuana, Brandon worked as a business unit manager at a medical device contract manufacturer where he oversaw all the engineering and production activities, as well as serving as the main point of contact for clients. Brandon is a critical team member for our Tijuana location. He played a big role in the opening of the new facility, and is responsible for overseeing engineering project management activities, facility readiness, production lines installation, and quality system adoption. Brandon’s hard work ethic has allowed him to excel at getting Tijuana ready for customers, and setting up the production, labor, and quality capabilities for new projects. Brandon received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Autonomous University of Baja California, and his master’s in engineering and Innovation at CETYS University. One of Brandon’s most notable professional achievements includes building his team of great and qualified individuals for the Tijuana location. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time in his family’s coffee shop, and trying new restaurants!
