We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in Gilero’s journey. Effective 9/25/2024, Gilero will join the Sanner Group, marking a significant milestone in our growth and evolution. Over the past 22 years, Gilero has transformed from an engineering firm focused on designing medical device products into a global multi-disciplinary firm, including finished device assembly. Our team of over 100 talented engineers now tackle some of the most advanced challenges in design, development, and contract manufacturing. This partnership with the Sanner Group will enhance our capabilities and expand our reach, allowing us to deliver even greater value to our customers and partners.

What Does This Mean for Our Customers?
Increased Manufacturing Capacity and Facilities
The Sanner Group operates an additional seven facilities across Europe and Asia, with five manufacturing sites dedicated to pharma packaging and contract manufacturing. These facilities encompass over 245,000 square feet of production space and are equipped with 135 in-house injection molding and injection blow molding machines, 35 desiccant filling machines, and class 7 and 8 cleanroom capacity. Sanner is equipped with in-house tool making and tooling engineers that can design, develop and maintain sophisticated, high cavitation tooling. By joining forces, Gilero’s capacity to handle both small- and large-scale manufacturing builds will increase exponentially.
